S&D KOREA collects and uses only the information needed to handle technical inquiries and requests for quotation.
1. Information collected
Company name, contact name, email, phone, country, product of interest, specifications, and files voluntarily attached by the user.
2. Purpose
Technical review, quotation preparation, reply, inquiry history management, and security incident response.
3. Retention
Inquiry data is retained for one year after completion and then deleted, unless a contract or applicable law requires a longer retention period.
4. Service providers
The website may use Vercel for hosting and analytics, Resend for email delivery, and optionally OpenAI and Google Cloud for AI guidance and machine translation. The company must confirm production data-processing settings before launch.
